Deutsche Telekom faces first-ever strike
Workers at Ver.di, the union representing the 36,000 Deutsche Telekom workers affected by the plans, voted overwhelmingly for the strike action to protest the transfer of up to 50,000 employees to lower-paying jobs in a new subsidiary, the union said Thursday.
