Digg's Mob Rules

The news-sharing Web site faces a painful choice: allow user content that courts legal woes, or risk losing users—and content

Inside: This Week in Technology
Hi Tech Watchers,

Yahoo bought up the rest of Right Media, showing it doesn't intend to take Google's foray onto its display turf lying down. And Google's taking on Washington. To find out more, read on.
