Let me tell you why
I agreed to contribute to the new Athlete’s Acceleration Speed
Training Report...
And here’s the important starting point –
Sometimes the experts don’t give you
ALL there
information…
That’s why I was impressed by the way Pat Beith and
Latif Thomas put together this new
project.
I’ll be honest about this, it really isn’t that hard
to contact elite coaches like Mike Boyle, Lee Taft or myself and say
that you are putting together a compilation of cutting-edge
information from world-class coaches.
Frankly, it happens to me all the
time.
I must get between 5 and 20 emails a month asking me
to contribute articles or an audio interview to a new ‘report’ or
‘product’ that a young, up and coming trainer is putting
together.
I almost always decline.
Not because I am a snob in anyway, but because I don’t
like having my name attached to every single new project that a
young trainer is trying to make money off
of.
I worked hard to establish my credentials and
credibility in this industry – and I don’t take that
lightly.
If my name is involved, you can be guaranteed that I
am impressed with both the mission and style of the product in
question.
And that’s a trend that I have seen that I just don’t
like.
Every trainer now claims to be an expert and every
trainer puts out websites and produces DVD’s, ebooks and
reports.
But very few are credible… which is why you don’t see
my name out there that often.
But Pat and Latif’s offer was
different.
They didn’t ask me to give them something that I had
already published – an article that you have already
read.
They wanted something unique and
un-published.
In fact, they asked that of all there
contributors.
And that’s why I said
yes.
Have you ever read anything from me about my secret
brand of teaching speed to young athletes through MOTOR SKILL
CHAINING?
Probably not…
And that’s because I have never written about it
before.
I wasn’t keeping it from you, I just hadn’t gotten
around to writing about it yet.
Until Pat and Latif asked me
specifically.
You see, Pat, Latif and I are good friends, and we
‘talk shop’ all the time.
Pat in particular, has always been interested in the
way I discuss ‘topographical, procedural and effect’
features related to the practical application of speed development
for young athletes.
So he asked me flat out if I would write about it for
his new Speed Training Report…
… And I did.
In fact, a lot of world-class experts contributed
unique information to this project.
Have a look for yourself here
A great project from two guys who actually care enough
about the industry to get some of the most internationally respected
trainers in the world to contribute.
