Egg And Bean Curd Salad- serves 4
 

Ingredients:

  • (1)
    2 hard-boiled eggs
    1 lb.(400 g.) bean curd
    1/4 lb. (100 g.) tomatoes

  • (2)
    1-1/2 T. soy sauce
    1/2 T. sesame oil
    1 t. sugar
    1 t. vinegar
    1. T. chopped green onion

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Cut hard eggs into round slices. Cut bean curd and tomatoes into 3/4" cubes.
  2. Put egg slices, bean curd and tomatoes cubes on a serving plate. Pour (2). Mix evenly and ready to serve.
