In a patent infringement case dealing with orthopedic devices for the treatment of fractures to the upper arm, a judgment finding defendant liable for willful infringement of a patent is affirmed as to findings of infringement and willfulness, but vacated as to a permanent injunction entered against defendant and remanded for reconsideration in light of the Supreme Court's decision in eBay Inc. v.
