Meet one of our Guest Creative Team Members
Hi!  My name is Katie, Mom, Kate, or Ms. Katie depending on who you are.  I live in Southern Maine with my two lovely daughters and my husband of just about fifteen (wow) years.  I am a daycare provider/preschool teacher by day and a PTG Vice President, cook, book reader, and scrapbook artist by night.  I was turned on to scrapbooking by a friend who just insisted "You will LOVE it!" She was right and six years later I am still knee deep in my love of it.  Thankfully, both of my girls enjoy scrapping and my husband has reluctantly turned over the photography to me.  I am constantly being inspired to create and learn new things within the art of scrapbooking...whether is be learning how to sew or how to take a better photo.  Scrapping is also an outlet for when I am stressed.  Thank goodness for all things scrappy!

I am so excited to be part of Scrap Lovers Guest Design Team for the month of March!  It is such a great opportunity to be surrounded by such positive, creative people.

Bliss ChipboardIs there a scrapper out there who doesn't like chipboard?  I have never met one, but if I did, I bet the new embossed chipboard from My Mind's Eye would change their mind.
 
This chipboard is embossed!  It is new and different from any chipboard that I have seen.  If you lightly brush an inkpad over the top of the letters or images, it completely alters the appearance of the chipboard, distressing it in a totally new way and it's GORGEOUS. There are two alphabets and one collection of accent shapes.
