from Jim Walczak I just lost an hour of sleep when this Day Light Savings thing took over this weekend. Here's the best part - I don't really care. It means spring is here, the Jeep tops are coming down. Besides, I can sleep when I'm dead. Speaking of dead, can someone check the pulse of offroaders in NJ, the mayors of that state seem to be able to run wild over there - can anyone stop them? I needed a good look at a Jeep Heritage photo gallery to bring my blood pressure down. Maybe it will work for you too. Oh, yeah, Tim McGraw and Faith Hill are big Jeep fans. Plus at least one other big Country & Western star loves his Jeep. |

Tim McGraw and Faith Hill have not only been Nashville's, but also America's favorite couple for some time. While their music is labeled in the country genre, their reach goes beyond any label or genre that we might try to put on them.
What makes Tim and Faith even more interesting (at least for me) is their love for Jeeps. Well, at least one, a 1978 CJ-6 known as the "date Jeep".

A sweet, '54 Jeep truck, totally restored, comes rolling around the corner like it's this guy's daily driver. I attached my drool cup and tried to find a place to pull a u-turn to catch up to this guy for a picture and a conversation.
OK, so, I didn't catch up to the guy, but I did catch up with the Jeep media department to get some classic shots of what Jeep Heritage is all about.
