Mark
Wilson drained a birdie putt on the third playoff hole
this morning to win the Honda Classic. Wilson, who was
in the playoff with Jose Coceres, Camilo Villegas and
Boo Weekley, converted from just over 10 feet for his
first PGA Tour title.
From persimmon woods to
ProV1s, the modern era has spawned hundreds of important
equipment innovations. Here are several groundbreakers

to attack a tucked pin, must go over a bunker or have

A simple adjustment
to your set-up will translate to better balance, better
contact, and longer drives. Widen your stance a few
inches and point both feet outward. This create a more
stable foundation and guards against swaying, which
often kills balance. Then, as you begin the downswing,
push off your right foot -- like a sprinter exploding
from the blocks -- to get your lower body moving toward
the target.
