After 60 jurors from around the world reviewed more than 800 entries into the logo competition we are pleased to announce
Michael DiTullo as the winning designer. By day Michael is the design director for
Converse (yup, the Chuck Taylors) and in his spare time he is a moderator to the blog Core 77 (under the moniker
Yo). We were also excited to find out that Michael was also part of a team that entered the 2002 Mobile HIV/AIDS outreach competition.
We all like the idea of adopting a clean architectural element and using it in funky ways to show the professional service that Architecture for Humanity brings its' clients. Michael is currently working with us to
blow out his 'dimension concept', so stay tuned for our new look in the coming months.
A huge thanks again to all the entrants and congrats to
all the finalists.
