The program will focus on fostering greater cooperation in our movement and defeating the Animal Enterprise Terrorism Act. We are maintaining the traditional five-track structure (problems/issues, organizing, remedies, raps/reports, and videos). The highly popular newcomer orientation, awards ceremony, and other traditional highlights will still be there. The Monday following the conference will feature intensive seminars and demonstrations.

We expect 100 speakers from 60 groups representing every aspect of our movement. They will present in 120 plenary sessions, workshops, rap sessions, and campaign reports. We will be screening 60 videos. Nearly a hundred groups will display their literature and merchandise.
