Week By Week Technique
Hi Criss,
Do you have plans for Valentine's Day?
I get to sit at a table and eat dessert with other couples while my husband plays upright bass in a jazz ensemble to entertain everyone.
Maybe I'll form a "spouses of musicians" coalition for moral support.
Or maybe I'll just eat enough dessert for two!
Week-By-Week-Technique Top Pick
This layout by Scrapbird is an excellent example of how you can use a word plaque to add just the right touch to a page. I loved the simple elegance of this page, the sensitive nature of the layout, it's clarity, and use of elements. Absolutely lovely, Scrapbird!
Scrapbird used papers from katie Perteit's audubon collection.
There are some other fantastic layouts and plaques in our WBWT Subscriber Showcase, including one that made me laugh out loud!
New Forum Feature
Be sure to visit the Week-By-Week-Technique Forum. Priss has started a new thread called Question Corner, which should be especially helpful for those new to digital scrapbooking.
There are other helpful resources in the WBWT Forum, also, such as additional tips by Priss and a place to discuss the technique, so be sure to take advantage of it!
This Week's Technique: Intertwined Hearts
Since we're focusing on page accents during the month of February, I thought I'd feature a tutorial that some of you may remember from several years ago called Intertwined Hearts. The technique will give you the ability to create any kind of digital chain, so have fun with it! Here's the tutorial.
Love and scrapbooking success,

Linda Sattgast
