GM to Shift $200 Mil.+ Saturn to Deutsch LOS ANGELES General Motors will shift its Saturn brand to Interpublic Group's Deutsch/LA from Omnicom Group's Goodby, Silverstein & Partners without a review, according to sources. The move could come as soon as this afternoon.
