Toys R Us spent nearly $70 million on ads through the first 11 months of last year. --Andrew McMains Go to http://www.adweek.com for the full story.Copyright 2006 - VNU Business Media, 770 Broadway, 6th Floor, New York, NY 10003 - All Rights Reserved.
