Cheese Dip
16 oz. block Velveeta
1 can Rotel (canned tomatoes seasoned with onion and chilies)
tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp worchestershire sauce
Place in a microwave safe dish. Cut the Velveeta into small squares, add
can of Rotel, chili powder, and worchestershire sauce. Microwave 2 1/2
min. Then stir repeat process until all cheese is melted.
optional add 1/2 lb. ground beef
Serve with chips
