Thanks to your past generosity, the March of Dimes is funding some of the world's most promising and ambitious research, affecting national health care policy and helping families through the difficulties associated with premature birth and birth defects.
As a result, more children are screened for birth defects, more neonatal intensive care units have been created and awareness of prematurity is spreading like never before. On the behalf of all babies born prematurely and their families who have benefited, we would like to thank you for your kindness.
But our work will not be done until every child is given a healthy start in life.
