Publicis Groupe to Acquire Digitas
 
NEW YORK Publicis Groupe has reached a deal to acquire Digitas for $1.3 billion in cash, a move that will greatly expand its digital ad capabilities.
 
The deal calls for Publicis to pay $13.50 for Digitas' shares.
