4 to 6 oz of water
6 tsp of corn starch
4 heaping Tbsp of flour.
4 freshly ground habanero chiles
1 Tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp Gravy Master
1 slice of crystalized ginger slice
1 dash of cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp celery salt
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 tsp cayenne (red) pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Prepare a small jar with 4 to 6 Oz of water with 6 Tsp of Corn Starch and 4
heaping Tbsp of flour. Shake well to mix now and shake again later while adding.
Bring 1 quart of water to a boil in a sauce pan and add the above ingredients
while blending with a hand held blender. Boil and blend for ten (10) minutes.
Strain into another pan or bowl and pour sauce back into cleaned sauce pan and
bring to a boil again. While blending sauce with a hand blender, first shake
to mix and then slowly add the liquified Corn Starch and Flour until sauce
thickens. Set sauce aside on simmer. Steam your hot dog buns, apply mustard to
buns, place hot dog on bun and cover it with finely diced onions. Spoon the
sauce over the onions and serve. If you get this sauce on your hands during
prepartion or consuming, be sure to wash them thoroughly before touching your
eyes or any other sensitive areas!
