I am looking for a good cranberry salad recipe. Anyone have a good one
to share?
Cranberry Holiday Salad
1 pound of Cranberries
2 cups of Sugar
1 cup Toasted chopped Pecans
1 cup Red Flame Grapes
8 ozs. Fat Free Cool Whip
Cusinart the cranberries Combine cranberries and sugar. Cover and let mixture
set overnight. Toast the broken pieces of pecans in oven Strain cranberries.
Add Pecans, Grapes, Cool Whip.
