Laser Measurement and Control with 1-Meter Range
The LK-G Long CCD Laser Displacement Sensor measures any
material/surface at ranges of up to 1-meter. Sampling speed
is 50 kHz. Repeatability is 0.08 Mil (2µm) with 0.02% F.S.
linearity. A newly developed optical system and Linearized-CCD
