Take Aperture on a Test Drive: Yesterday at Photo Plus Expo in New York, Apple invited photographers to participate in a free, 30-day Aperture Trial. Customers can download and install a fully-functional version of Aperture 1.5, import their own images, and experiment with the many new features of the world’s leading post-production tool for serious photographers.

He also produces music videos, as well as music for commercials and film. He has toured with musician and remix artist David Sylvian.

“Galacticast” “Galacticast” is a weekly sci-fi comedy show parodying all the worlds of geek-dom. From their apartment studio, Casey McKinnon and Rudy Jahchan (along with other Galacticast players) mash-up their love of sci-fi, fantasy, horror, comics, and video-games to bring you hilarious sketches every Monday morning.

The “Galacticast” show was first launched in May 2006 and is currently available online and at the iTunes Store.

“Stranger Than Fiction” An inventive comedy about a novelist (Emma Thompson) struggling to complete her latest, and potentially finest, book — she only has to find a way to kill off her main character, Harold Crick, and she’ll be done. Little does she know that Harold Crick (Will Ferrell) is inexplicably alive and well in the real world and suddenly aware of her words.

Stranger Than Fiction” opens in theaters November 10.

“Casino Royale” Coming to theaters on November 17, “Casino Royale” introduces James Bond (Daniel Craig) before he holds his license to kill. But Bond is no less dangerous, and with two professional assassinations in quick succession, he is elevated to “00” status. Bond’s first 007 mission takes him to Madagascar, where he is to spy on the terrorist Mollaka (Sebastien Foucan).

Casino Royale” opens in theaters November 17.
