Golf
may be an ancient game, but to take advantage of modern
technology, you want to swing like a 21st century player.
Learn what's out and what's in at every position in the
swing to make sure your swing isn't out of date.
Phil Mickelson and Tiger
Woods' skipping the season-ending Tour Championship
proves cash means nothing to the game's marquee players.
The FedEx Cup, a points race predicted to climax with a
$10 million payout, could prove as much after next
year's inaugural run says senior writer Cameron Morfit.
As a golfer takes
his ready position in preparing to make his swing and
stroke, the knees are in a "flexed" position. One of the
most serious errors, for consistency and power, is when
the right knee is allowed to straighten from this flexed
position and becomes "locked" as you complete the backswing.
For a consistent, repeating and powerful swing this
original flexed position of the right knee must be
maintained from start to finish of the golf swing.
