Dear Registered User:

Quarterbacks take the spotlight this week as Seahawks QB Matt Hasselbeck is injured, and Cowboys slinger Drew Bledsoe was yanked at halftime in favor of Tony Romo (our sleeper pick a few weeks back). Our users know that QB is a key fantasy position, where a change can impact fantasy points for every offensive player on his team. Count on the Power Line-Up Analyzer (PLA) to crunch the numbers for you in Week Eight. Here’s what’s in store this week:

Green Bay Super Sleeper

Need a New QB? Join the Club
Do the changes in Seattle and Dallas have you looking for a new fantasy QB? As everyone knows, Seahawks QB Matt Hasselbeck is expected to miss 3 weeks with a sprained MCL in his knee. Seneca Wallace takes over as starter. How will that affect Darrell Jackson and the rest of the Seahawks? Meanwhile, the Cowboys are searching for answers at quarterback after Bill Parcells put Tony Romo in charge in the second half of the Monday night game against the Giants, with first place in the NFC East on the line. Romo threw three interceptions, but showed scrambling ability, completing 14 of 25 passes for 227 yards, two touchdowns and a two-point conversion. Romo will get his first NFL start next week at Carolina.

If that's not enough QB action for you, just wait. Chiefs QB Trent Green is starting to take part in practice on a limited basis, and could return sometime around week 10. For expert analysis on the fantasy impact of all these QB moves, stay tuned to the PLA, and don't forget our podcast and user forums, all great sources for fantasy football advice!

PLA Hits and Misses
Did you predict the Falcons/Steelers game would be the NFL version of "High Noon" last week? Neither did the PLA, and what a shoot-out it was! Michael Vick (4 TD passes), Alge Crumpler (3 receiving TDs) and Hines Ward (3 TD receptions) all had career-highlight games. Here's a look at more hits and misses from Week Seven.

Forum Post of the Week
This week's breakout forum post was launched by none other than Russ Bliss, our blogger extraordinaire, who opines on the Tony Romo situation. Will Dallas become home of the TR/TO show? Green Bay Super Sleeper
Is this week’s Super Sleeper hiding up in Green Bay? We think so. Packers WR Ruvell Martin could be the man. Look at the injury situation in cheddar-land. Robert Ferguson was placed on IR last week, Greg Jennings has an ankle sprain that could not only keep him out this week, but maybe for weeks after. Koren Robinson was suspended for an entire year. Someone besides Donald Driver has to step up for the Packers and Martin is most likely of the Packers WRs to do so. At 6’4” 217 lbs, Martin is a big target for Favre. Listen to our Week Eight Podcast for more analysis, or head to the user forums to post your sleeper pick of the week.
