Synaptics recently introduced its MobileTouch FlexPad for Pantech Wireless PG-2800 mobile phone. It lets users text-message by drawing characters with their fingers instead of typing text. Software then translates those characters into numbers and letters. We want to know if you text-message often on your cell phone. If so, would you prefer this drawing method? And if you don't text-message, tell us why.

Feature: The Apple iPod Evolution
No other MP3 player on the market comes close to the Apple iPod's features, interface, and ease of use. And my, has it grown. In honor of the iPod's 5th birthday, here's a look at PC Magazine's reviews of the popular music player over the past several years.

Review: Watch TV Anywhere with Slingbox Pro
The Slingbox Pro works just like its predecessor: It puts a virtual version of your own television on any Microsoft Windows XP/2000 computer, handheld, or smartphone with an Internet connection. What's different about this version is that its video quality is improved, and if you're short on video outputs and don't want to use one for the Slingbox Pro, it can pass the signal from your cable/satellite box through to your television. Does it offer an HD connection? Find out in our review.

Weird Watch: The Top 10 Weirdest USB Devices
Printers, mice, portable flash drives. . .these are fairly practical USB devices. But what about those not-so-practical USB devices? You know, the ones that make you say, "I can't believe they made that!" If you don't laugh at USB-powered heated slippers, massagers, and fondue sets, then you need to get your head examined. Check out PC Magger Jen DeLeo's list of the top ten weirdest USB devices.

News: HP, Cingular Keep Things Connected with iPAQ
Beginning on October 31, Cingular will be the first delivery service in the United States to offer a new HP iPAQ handheld device. For more on the iPAQ, check out the full scoop at Smart Device Central.

Plus: Wisair's Wireless USB Receives Microsoft Blessing
