    The Pincher Drill

    Excessive pressure in the last three fingers of each hand causes the forearms to become rigid. To relieve this tension, make some pitch swings using a "pincher grip," with just the thumb and forefinger of each hand gripping the club and the other six fingers flared out. Notice how well you can control the club with such little grip pressure. Try to incorporate more "pinch pressure" into your normal grip.
