Six States Consider Raising Minimum Wage
Ohio is one of six states that will hold ballot referendums this fall on raising the minimum wage. The Ohio measure is overwhelmingly popular in the state's 6th Congressional District, where workers have been hit hard by the loss of manufacturing jobs. But some business owners fear mandatory raises will hurt their already struggling enterprises.
