The Jets scored another special-teams touchdown and played well on defense, but a lackluster performance on offense doomed them to a 13-7 loss to the Giants in the teams' annual preseason game. The Jets committed three turnovers, and were limited to 184 total net yards and nine first downs. Chad Pennington completed 11 of 20 passes for 125 yards and an interception, and Kellen Clemens completed 3 of 11 for 24 yards and an interception. The Jets' final preseason game will be Sept. 1 against Philadelphia.
