One of my readers sent in this tip on Google Base and was hoping
I'd share it with all of you. I think it's a pretty good tip, so
here it is. I also want to take this opportunity before the next
newsletter comes out to announce that I'm writing a new book
about AdSense called "Uncommon AdSense". For more information,
please visit http://www.UncommonAdSense.com in anticipation of
the book's release. In any case, please enjoy this tip that comes
to us courtesy of Staska.

-----------------
Thank you for the good tip, I have already used it to publish my
blog items to Google base. It's very useful for adding new content
to Google Base, however if you have a site/blog with lots of
articles and want to add them all it might get pretty time
consuming. There's a little enhancement for your tip of how to add
previous/all items from your blog/site to Google Base at once.

Google Base let's you upload bulk XML files with your content. All
you need to do is create this file with all the content you want to
submit and upload it using "Bulk Upload feature". If you are
providing feeds of your site articles, you already have these
files. All blogging software creates them. However, if you do not
have much Web Design experience it might be difficult to find
and/or create these files. Here are some simple steps I used to
upload my entire blog's content to Google Base:

1. If you are using limited info or amount of posts in your feed,
in your blogging software increase the number of feed items to
a number of last items you want to submit to Google base. Change
settings to include full blog item (article) texts in the feed.

2. Burn your feed at feedburner (www.feedburner.com) (if you don't
have an account you will have to create it. It's free).

3. Go to your feed in feedburner (press the name of your feed,
shown when your login) and select the "Optimize" tab. In the left
sidebar select "<>XML source"

4. Copy and paste XML source code to Notepad or any other simple text
editor, that can save files as plain text without additional
formatting. (Do not use Word or WordPad or similar editors, since
they can mess up the code). Save the file as blogname.xml file
(you can use any name you like before .xml).

5. Go to Google base, login and select "Bulk upload" feature.
Register the name of the XML file you created with Google Base. (Just
enter the name of the file into the appropriate box. You don't
need to provide the path to the file yet.

6. After the name is registered, browse to the actual file and
upload it. After the upload it will take some time for your
individual items to appear in your Google Base account.

7. Edit individual items, by adding additional attributes and other
info you want.

8. Change you blog's feed settings to earlier version.

That's it.

be grateful if you could include mention my site.
