Wii to debut early?
 Could Nintendo's new Wii console, with its revolutionary motion-sensing handset, be in our hands earlier than we were expecting? So says a CNN article published yesterday, which cites industry analysts and insiders predicting a launch date sometime in late September.

The Wii is widely believed to already be in the manufacturing process, and the opportunity to beat Sony's PlayStation 3, which launches in the U.S. on November 17, must be tempting. Nintendo won't confirm any specific date yet, but has said it remains committed to a Q4 release.
