Did You Get Yours?
After the Xbox 360 hit the streets in November, December turned out to be pretty quiet. If you're still scouring the stores for your 360, you'll probably find it a little easier to snag one now that the holiday rush has subsided, though Microsoft continues struggling to keep up with consumer demand.
Despite the lack of big news, December still had its share of esoteric gems. Animal Crossing: Wild World proved so popular it's now even harder to find than a 360, while Darwinia on the PC impressed us with its originality and theme. Oh, and you can download it, so no hunting the stores for that one.
Now it's time to turn our attention to the upcoming year. We got out the Yahoo!-branded crystal ball and came up with predictions for 2006 events -- some almost certain, some fairly likely, and some... well, you'd better read the feature and find out for yourself.
